Yi Yang was born in May 1965. She received the Ph.D. degree in optical engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in March 2001. Dr. Yang is currently the Deputy Chief in Engineer of Luoyang Institute of Electro-optical Devices in China. Dr. Yang is also the deputy to the Twelfth National People's Congress of China. Her current research interests mainly include development of the electro-optical devices, design of laser devices and photoelectric detection technology. Until now, Dr.
