Dr. Kai LIU, a Ph.D. holder in World Economy from Xiamen University, is an Assistant Researcher at School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. Specializing in Southeast Asian economic research, particularly on Indonesia, he led 1 national-level and 3 provincial-level projects and contributed to 5 major national initiatives.
