He was the Chair Professor at Energy and Sustainable Development, Montpellier Business School France. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from National College of Business Administration and Economics, Lahore Campus, Pakistan. His research focuses on development economics, energy economics, environmental and tourism economics etc. He has widely published in peer-reviewed international journals.
